ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders include tracking and are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak or promotional periods, dispatch may take an additional 3–4 business days. A confirmation email with your tracking link will be sent once your order has shipped.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

All orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched in full once all pre-order items have arrived in stock. If you require in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please place them in a separate order.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.

Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code will be refunded at the discounted price only and are not eligible for exchange.
