Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched with full tracking and are typically packed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During promotional or peak sale periods, dispatch times may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to you.

All shipping charges and any fees imposed by third-party services are strictly non-refundable.

DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, peak trading periods, or delivery to remote and regional areas. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control. However, our team is always happy to assist you in tracking your parcel and liaising with the courier where needed.

For safe delivery, some parcels may require a signature upon receipt, while others may be left at your mailbox, front door, or a secure location at the courier's discretion.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout and to monitor your parcel's tracking progress. Please collect your order promptly once a delivery notification has been issued. If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe and is returned to us, you will be responsible for all reshipment costs, including return shipping charges and any additional handling fees. Refunds will only be issued once a returned parcel has been physically received and processed by our warehouse, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Orders that include pre-order items will be dispatched in full once all pre-order items have arrived. If you would like in-stock items shipped earlier, these must be purchased in a separate order.


INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout. Knightly Cosmetics cannot prepay, waive, or reimburse these fees, nor can we mark parcels as gifts or undervalue them for customs purposes.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping, including return postage and handling charges. If a parcel cannot be returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will be unable to issue a refund for that order. We encourage you to contact us promptly if any issues arise so we can assist wherever possible.
